EDIT: 511 not enough support for the SOX either! I had an order in to sell CREE at 21.40. It did not go off obviously. In my opinion CREE is falling due to the fact that it was unable to hold a base in the low 20's combined with the additional weakness in the SOX. You see 520 did not hold for the SOX either. There is simply too much fear here that the group is still fundamentally overvalued based on reduced expectations that no longer account for a V shaped recovery. In other words it is not just CREE that is falling is it. Until the SOX finds strength we cannot expect CREE to find a bottom. The lower Bollinger Band is now 496 on the SOX. FWIW, I am back long 2000 shares AMAT at 40.68. As long as we stay positive today on the SOX we will be fine.
