To go back to modeling and a rational market. Why is amzn up 20% today having only make their first 1 cent of profit in their corporate history, yet MSFT and IBM, which both produce profits of over $2B per quarter took 10% haircuts? I'd like to see the modeler who got that one right.

As I'm sure you will agree Psychology has a lot to do with values both short and long term.

The problem is in getting out of the way when the train starts running in the other direction!!
