This ELD financing is not a bad move. It will totally clean up the balance sheet of that roughly US$13 million in debt. There are a lot of shares out, but there always were. It will also have effect of diluting Goldfields share of ELD down from 36% to 24.5%. That's less to deal with from this disinterested owner who inherited the shares in an old merger.
