To be accurate, it was Lay's wife doing the donations. That is characteristic of the half-truth formula that Limbaugh uses to cloud the issue. Of course it is also characteristic of the way Lay likes to leave the accounting vague.

Really, who gives a rats stinky butt who Lay donated money to? And why? I know a guy who is a big supporter of Ducks Unlimited and he has been nailed for insurance fraud, arson and cocaine dealing. DU took his money and spent it on wetland projects and were involved with none of his schemes.
