Netscape Files Suit Against Microsoft For Violations of the Antitrust Laws

Yadada yadada..................yadada.

THE most significant reason that the Court of Appeals overruled Samuel L. Jackson was that MS finally pried the fact from Government protection that Netscape distributed 160,000,000 copies of their browser during the time they were claiming MS precluded them from the market place.

True, there is no such thing as a "fun law suit", even one without merit, but it looks like AOL has come to the conclusion that the DOJ action has now concluded.
