REDBACK NETWORKS INC (RBAK) form 8-K ITEM 5. OTHER EVENTS. On January 16, 2002, Redback Networks Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Redback"), announced its financial results for the fiscal fourth quarter and full year 2001.
