You're missing the point, wanna, this isn't limp wrist Federal Government Justice department suing, this is AOL-TW.

The *BIGGEST*, *BADEST* media company around(with the possible exception of MSFT).

On record as having paid $4B+ for the company that got wrecked.

And is still being wrecked by MSFT's continuing illegal actions.
