Don't know what you would consider to be a rally, but I do think that we could get a 2-3 pt bounce before 36-37. I am going to stick to my target of $33 before I would be willing to go long though.

I am pretty much convinced that QCOM isn't going to get as much play in China and India as diehard bulls think. Specifically the infrastructure plays. I think that once this becomes clear, there will be a negative reaction. And "yes" I do believe that China news *does* move QCOM's stock.
