Miljenko, infantile you keep asking for leak from FDA, again
most probably leak came from someone else. The Cancer Letter only published AFTER the Wacksals talk 12/28/01, it was the BLATANT LIE from Imcl that made the big news, few would have care if it came before.

The selling is from insiders, Imcl top management, well before all the debacle. You are infantile to keep looking for blame somewhere else.

Most leaks come from companies themselves, not the FDA. Yes, the information at the FDA belongs to the company, and the company has a FIDUCIARY DUTY to release MATERIAL information to shareholders.

Another copy of the RTF end up in Barron's hand, they are giving about the same from it.

Ask for a full copy to Imcl management.

I gave different versions of what could happened in my view according to Erbitux working or not. I am interested in the subject for learning, not investment on it.

You are tired of Imcl discusion, but obviously not tired of calling names and adjudicating behavior or teasing.

Again, go ask for a full RTF copy to Imcl management.
