This proforma sheet has bee abused to the point of a heroin junkie trying to justify why he continues to use. Proforma "one time write offs" have eslclated to the point where we see them every quarter so true, so true. hopefully one good thing to come out of the Enwrong tragedy will be people will look more carefully at overreliance on pro forma. proforma, used responsibly is an okay practice can a junkie shoot up responsibly? i think a clean break is needed. up till a decade ago, pro forma was basically reserved for mergers. why not go back to that Noble Standard.
