I'm glad to see that the pain is being shared ratably.

[I]t's not clear whether the analysts had already worked this event into their estimates, but it is something to consider.

Should a reduction of bonuses be considered a non-recurring event? After all, a bonus can only be reduced so far before it can be cut no further. Then maybe we ought to call the quarter break-even.
