<< I doubt Arafat knew any particulars; >>

Agreed. Arafat has duped a lot of world leaders into thinking that he is a competent and peace loving leader. But, there is no doubt in my mind that, in 2000, he knew of an upcoming and possibly devastating attack against America, and he turned down the generous and stupid Israeli offer for Palestinian statehood based partially on that knowledge.

<< ... and I'm sure stuff gets passed around on the terrorist grapevine. >>

Agreed. I wonder why more is not made of this? There has to be a significant Al Qaeda presence in the West Bank and Gaza.

In fact, not only are they in the West Bank, they are also in the US, at colleges, charities, local organizations. Al Qaeda seems to have infiltrated our society, possibly in order to "destroy from within". I wonder if Al Qaeda has anything at all to do with the Islam curriculum (can you say Allah) in California grade schools?

<< The more that the common nature of Militant Islam is exposed to the West, the harder it will be the prevent the natural US-Turkey-Israel-India alliance from being formed in response to it. >>

What an unlikely and historical alliance!

<< This administration does not seem fixated on coalition building with the Arab world. >>

I think the Bush administration is beginning to realize the backstabbing nature of our Arab "friends".
