He-he - I guess you and GZ will push me into establishing new shorts prematurely -ggg- The faith in God Alan is as alive and well as ever. -g- Everybody kind of assumes this little blip in consumer confidence caused by mortgage refi craze is THE RECOVERY. We'll have to see, but the SP and Dow did not decline from the highs they reached during the biggest bubble ever...
