<<urgency to get a top economic team together>>

But they're all crooked -- like Bush Jr & Sr. themselves.

Who don't 'like' anybody who isn't crooked.

In the article dated DECEMBER 18, 2000 ISSUE
of Businessweek online where Bush looks for
Treasure secretary has a familiar echo. A couple of
weeks ago the NyTimes ran an article on Paul H. O'Neill
in the magazine. The author said that O'Neill might
be on his way out of the White House! The White House
denies it, of course. There are rumor though that
O'Neill won't last!

Today's NY Times claims that there aren't any Republicans
nor any support from the Bush administration to change
the rules that govern auditors although a couple of
Democrats are trying to put a bill together.

I'll have to look up the article.
