Rob, I understand fully what your beliefs are. I would say current valuations indicate recovery. My belief is that the lows are in a la cary's scenario. Prices have held up because although recovery has been delayed quarter to quarter we certainly are getting closer. What was the positive spin in Nvls last nite. Chambers has been very cautious. My feeling is that one day numbers will surprise on the upside and the chip industry will be forced to play catchup regardless of what capex plans are now. We shall see what happens. I dont dismiss your view at all. At what price do you buy amat? mike
