Hi Jim,

Actually that was 'Beckysboss' that posted that on SH.
I go by 'Opcom' over there.

I believe Dundee continues to hold the 3.5 million plus
shares they aquired when they got a seat on the board.

CIBC was the original player with DMX and had a large
holding. From my sources I hear that they still hold
a considerable position.

Beyond that there was a brief investment back in Feb 2000
from the US which Joe tracked as just before the FDA
Arthritis committee meeting and which was sold directly
after that meeting.

I can see 15-20% ownership; but, have never been able
to account for that 35% statement which was made some
time ago.

My opinions are that Rebecca is not seeking further
relationships with Bay street and has for some time been
cultivating US institutional interest.

The following short quotes from a private newsletter
recently released seemed to confirm this thinking.

** DMX is targeting big funds in the US as potential institutional
investors for its shares. DMX has already lined up US Investment Bankers
who will decide the most opportune time for DMX to list on NASDAQ and
provide the market makers (8-11).
