That's where I covered it yesterday(actually 41.4.) I'm holding out for at least 42-44. if I don't gewt it I'll cast my line some where else. Good luck with it.

BTW, pro forma = scam, cover up. They actually lost money on a normal accounting practice. Should be in the low 30s before too long.
