The market is wrong, and the analysts are morons. That's really all you need to know.

Correct of course. Who knows, seems to me they just process every conforming loan to come down the pike and right now they're getting shoved down their throat. My friend got his in a couple weeks from DiTech, he had 15 yr fixed @ 6.125 locked up and they called him before close to offer 5.875 for $500 process fee. He took it. They just turn and hit the bid.

I don't even know if FNM CAN say no.
