asians do eat a lot of rice. we probably eat even more bread and pasta. and the pasta we eat is even worse than the rice they eat. but they don't eat nearly as much sugar as we do. they also don't eat nearly as much hydrogenated trans fats as we do, and they eat more fresh foods that don't have chemical preservatives in them. the rural ones get far more exercise than we do, so it's no surprise they have less chronic disease than we do. they also seem to be much shorter in stature and have bad teeth. that is not a slight--it's just a fact.

people such as the swiss and the french and innuit with their high life expectancies and lower rates of chronic disease have proven that you don't have to drink tea and eat rice all day to be healthier than americans.

you simply have to eat less sugar.
