>> at least two of the testimonials i listed were from people disgusted with atkins, bro. disgusted. <<

you can't repudiate my ideas so you resort to a couple of anecdotes detailing displeasure with the atkins approach. if you take millions of people (atkids) who have tried the atkins approach and possibly millions who have tried the zone, how hard is it to come up with a couple of people who found it wasn't for them? i could find just as many people that prefer atkins over the zone and we can trade touchy feely anecdotes all day. i know it's hard for you skeet, but how about sticking to the facts.

>> a current theme of the zone diet is a drmatically improved mental state and lack of hunger (for most, not all). <<

people experience the very same things on the atkins diet. atkids don't report feeling hungry. most enjoy the diet and report feeling much better. most of their medical conditions dramatically improve or disappear.
