>> craig, come on. when i eat hamburger i drain the fat away, enjoy the hamburger (containing some saturated fat) and then eat an appropriate amount of peanuts. or almonds. or i have a salad with an olive oil base. <<

when you use the word "supplement" that implies something added above and beyond your normal dietary intake. that is all i was asking.

>> I MOST ASSUREDLY DON'T DRAIN THE FRIGGIN' FAT AND DRINK IT WITH MY MEAL B/C IT IS SO GOOD! <<

like i said, you would make a wonderful politician. you love to take something which is irrelevant, untrue, or out of context, and repeat it over and over. just like tom daschle. when your opponent calmly points out that your claims obfuscate the real issue and manipulate the facts to suit your agenda, you just get louder and louder and you repeat things over and over. i see no reason why you keep bringing up this notion of drinking animal lard. i don't know of anyone who does that. do you pour yourself a nice full glass of peanut oil to drink? of course not. so why do you insist on talking about drinking animal lard?

perhaps is it because you don't have the knowledge or facts to debate the real issue with me, which is that there is nothing wrong with consistently eating *foods* containing saturated fat?
