Scott Williamson, JP Morgan H&Q's semi-equip analyst, just appeared on CNBC. I found his endorsement to be on the tepid side. Said he would lighten up when the stocks get to the upper end of their trading ranges. His favorite co. in the group: TER. I would not rate him very highly on gravitas.

Wouldn't that be a copyright or trademark, not a patent? <g> If you copyright it, then you can charge outrageous licensing fees, like the King family does for reprinting MLK's speeches.
