How about Amendment 28?:

Congress shall make no law affecting the life, liberty, or pursuit of happiness of Jorj X. McKie, nor shall it pass any law that McKie deems improper or unnecessary.

Constitutional amendments must be ratified by a 2/3 vote.

You'd best hire a lobbyist in addition to your counsel.
