'cause philly played the rams dmn TOUGH and, except for turnovers, SHUT DOWN THAT RAM OFFENSE. the rams deserved the win b/c the breaks went their way and philly turned the ball over too many times. both the rams and eagles are better teams now (i recall faulk was hurt that game, but the eagle offense is racking up 30 points on a regular basis, too). go ahead and disrespect philly. they are the whipping boy all week. bradshaw summed up my feelings when he said a philly win wouldn't be surprising and the steelers will steam roll new england. the eagles know* one thing. the rams, the national media and fans like yourself are punking them. BIG TIME. only a win next week will shut ya'll up - not a close game. they WILL bring BIG HEAT, imho, and may the best team win. if i've read this eagles team right, they are not the PUNKS everyone is making them out to be.
