Amendment 28: Clause 1: Congress shall make no law affecting the life, liberty, or pursuit of happiness of Jorj X. McKie, nor shall it pass any law that McKie deems improper or unnecessary. Clause 2: Laws establishing religions based on the worship of Jorj X McKie are expressly encouraged. Clause 3: Chicks are required to throw themselves at Mr. McKie at every opportunity. Responsibility for the enforcement of Clause 3 rests with the Arkansas State Police. Better?
