Not necessarily tech spending -- I know people who are in the anti-terrorism business and technology is not the most important element -- although aerospace will likely benefit. BTW, the other implication is that interest rates are going up as the government goes back into the debt market and engages in substantial deficit spending.

i can make the connection between that and inflation and rising interest rates. i can make the connection between rising interest rates and falling multiples on your favorite growth stocks.
