Yes...Riley assures Bobby Z...that TVSI wasn't a "call the certs move" It was really great SI work, To tell the truth...I loved those days. TG

Bottled "tap" water or The Cartel The bottled water was a few cases that were filled by hand from a tap in the back room of a local Veterans Club. The Pilar De Caribe was the sunken "gambling empire" treasure, the textile empire furnished the Hawaiian shirts that were favoured by all RMIL'ians and Pugs and Riley were the cartel leaders. The cartel was the original idea of another poster who went on to become embroiled in a cat urine scandal associated with another publicly listed company. The Rocky Mountain - OVIS thread was at one time SI's Funniest Thread. Riley G Matthews is still the leading light behind the www.psicop.com and appears to be looking for work as an actor. Those were hilarious days, the buffoonery to come was only dimly seen in the earliest antics of the RMIL'ians and many of the patterns we see for stupidity today were established in the early years of the RMIL'ian insanity.
