apparently you are here to lie and misrepresent people's views. i don't calculate it on a regular basis, but i would guess the protein in my diet is about the 30% recommended in the zone. perhaps it's 35%. now are you going to look at me with a straight face and tell me that the zone diet with 30% protein is not carcinogenic or gluttony but 35% somehow is? after you just got done telling victor that the zone diet (twice as much protein as standard) is not high enough to make a difference?

are you trying to tell me that your zone diet with it's 30% protein doesn't cause cancer but my diet if it's 31% or 32% does?

stick to the facts skeet and quit exaggerating statistics and twisting them when you run out of ideas for rebuttal.
