<<Has anybody heard of this guy or actually went to one of his seminars?>>

George A. Fontanills is the individual behind Optionetics and is the one who is supposed to actually give the day long seminars but was not the one who gave the presentation that I went to the night before last. As I indicated earlier, I have not attended one of the multi-day, multi-thousand dollar seminars.

I would think one could learn as much or more about options without the unrealistic get rich quick cheerleading by reading one of the books recommended on this thread. I can understand that some folks may learn better from a live presentation.

How about asking your brother to write us a review of the seminar once he has taken it?

Greetings,

Along w/ the McMillians books, I've read Fonatnils(sp?) I would call it entertaining but would never pay that much for a two day class.

Tell your brother the best investment he can make is to fly to CA and visit Unc Frank. I did and he almost kicked me until I significantly reduced margin. I did even tho I thought the 99 run would never end. Lived to play another day Unc Frank.

Just to keep some interest, sold 20 QCOM FEB 40 (AAWBH)@ $6 around 2PM and covered for $5.20 near the close. At the moment looks like I should have held on, but I really don't want to give em up at this price. Here's to a good conf. call on QCOM.
