the war will keep the budget in deficit not the tax cuts. Wrong! 60% of the vanished surplus is due to the tax cuts. The remainder is due to the recession and the war. Are you counting on receiving your social security at age 65? If we stay on the current course, the government will not be able to borrow enough to pay it. I get my first check next month. I am looking forward to receiving it for the next ten years. Then, all hell breaks loose.
