Worth keeping an eye on. Usually more reliable after a big run-up, though.

There's a lot of resistance here, probably most of all on SPX.

10:15 ET Greenspan Testimony : The difference a sentence can make: despite all the hype about the negative tone of the Jan 11 speech and the positive tone of today's testimony, the vast majority of the testimony is a verbatim repeat of the Jan 11 speech. There is literally only one significant change; in his Jan 11 summary, Greenspan said "But I would emphasize that we continue to face significant risks in the near term"; today, he dropped that line, though he again talked at length about what those risks were. Thus, the change is not so much in the content of the testimony, but in the headlines that accompanied it - this is indeed the same Greenspan we saw on Jan 11.
