But what the link DOES NOT SAY, or maybe you can point out where it does, is, "Are those spending levels by our allies sufficent for them to defend themselves'? You MUST answer that question to determine if our spending levels are appropriate.
Regarding potetial enemies, this is a false arguement. How much did the hijackers at WTC spend????

There is no correlation between enemy expenditures and level of threat. NONE!

China has a couple dozen ICBM's capable of reaching the US, no one else other than Russia does. The numbers are mind boggling as compared to Rogue nations aren't they? What do you think the Chinese make of our current actions, that we have gone insane? The Europeans already think that.
