E.T., It has been made clear the USA, is not violating any of the codes set out by the Geneva Convention. As far as that goes, very few nations accede to those codes, so the document might as well be dumped into the trash can. If the whole world does not comply, it is futile for any one nation to comply.

My point in posting, was that the only reason you posted some peoples' concerns, was to try and besmirch the Bush Administration. FAT CHANCE!!! Besides, the terms of the Geneva Convention was to protect war prisoners that were uniformed combatants of a sovereign nation. The Taliban was a ragtag band of terrorists, and their resistance to attack was a clear indication that they were not soldiers. Terrorists to not come under the protection of the Geneva Convention, so you might as well f*ck yourself as you so eloquently mentioned.
