Fear is good and something the market is in need of. I have stopped the overtrading thing myself and am much more comfortable with what I'm doing compared to the frantic pace I was trying to keep in the past.

It's kind of like hit something that moves in the desired direction and then jump to something else that you think will move quicker only to find you are wrong on #2 and #1 is still going the correct direction sort of thing. That is what I've vowed to rid myself of. If it doesn't give me a reason to sell it by going against the grain, why sell it is my motto this year:) Just keep sliding the stops.

The other big factors are that I am less greedy and I am not over trading.
