It's not a question of mistreatment. It's a question of doing what you agreed to do vis a vis a treaty. Your poll doesn't ask the question of whether United States should be obligated to deal with POWs in a manner it agreed to in an international agreement. So when the United States agrees to something in an international forum it has no meaning? Is that what you are saying.
