The new boys keep coming (into storage)

This is what worries me about MSFT. Obviously MSFT has learned that the key to storage is the software. Now it looks as if MSFT is trying to use it's Gorilla power to move into the File Delivery from storage area. This worries me. The fight has a ways to go. Also MSFT is in no position legaly, to try stunts like this right now.

It reassures me that the talk about commoditization of storage, is wrong.

NTAP's storage hardware has always been a commodity. But, if you want NTAP to set it up right, and use their software to manage your storage. Then you will pay NTAP what they want.
