Pretty stupid remark IMO. If the competitive point is
performance and not speed or die size, I do not see
why it is invalid to compare the power consumption
at Quantispeeds.
If Itanic makes the same SPEC numbers at 800MHz as P4-2000,
why do not compare P4 to Itanic consumption at 2000MHz?
