John, I know some analysts who calculate something called the "BS factor" which is the ratio of proforma to gaap. The higher the ratio, the lower the company credibility. If two companies have otherwise equal gaap and business prospects, but one chooses to highlight a higher proforma number they are likely to be punished for it in this market. Proforma is best left unsaid, anyone wanting to look at proforma can make their own adjustments.
