16:33 ET Sanmina-SCI (SANM) 17.19 -0.91: Posts Q1 net of $0.03 a share, $0.01 worse than consensus, vs yr-ago EPS of $0.34. Rev was $2.406 bln (consensus $2.416 bln). Co warns for Q2; sees EPS of approx. $0.00 on rev of $2.275-$2.375 bln (consensus $0.09 and $2.513 bln).

Company warns for Q2; sees 3-6% sequential decline in Q2 revenues, or $651-672 mln vs the consensus of $723.1 mln; EPS seen at $0.19-0.21 vs consensus of $0.24.
