Sounded more like you wanted to throw more government at more problems. Speculative assumption on your part. And the problem you were addressing hardly started in January 2000. You know that. In fact, it existed all through Mr. Clinton's reign. That I find to be a bizarre comment, if I trace this thread back to the "Toxic" story. That's a Texas problem not a federal problem. How many times have I said that the States ought to be responsible for their own problems? I'm therefore talking about the "success story" of Bush as Governor of Texas...I don't even know why you picked Jan 2000..what happened in Jan 2000? jttmab
