Of course it is a racist statement. It means that blacks are supposed to be a certain way and think a certain way because of their blackness, and that people who behave differently are not authentically black.......

Sure it's racict.. If he wasn't black he would not be held to their standard, therefore skin color is critical and the basis of the term..."Uncle Tom" And it ain't a friendly term.
