Alan the Soviets had 6000 nuclear missiles and a million man army and thousands of fighter jets and bombers and nuclear submarines hundreds of em and the terrorists have twenty guys and a horse, if you think that is comparable have at it. And the only other conceivable threat is China which is spending 20 billion a year on defense and has 20 nuclear missiles and 0 nuclear submarines and no Navy to speak of.
