That pre-dates Mr. Bush's terms as either governor or President by many years. Absolutely. It's a problem he inherited and apparently left the way it was. I don't really care that he ignored those poor minorities stuffed amid the toxic sights. After all, they are out of my sight. And the nearly half of DFW high school students that are dropping out...I don't have to look at them either. It's a Texas problem and I'm not a resident of Texas and never have been. But I am interested in comparing the realities of Texas with compassionate conservatism, leave no child behind, lift all boats in a rising tide, etc.. jttmab
