PAC= Political Action Committee as someone else has already stated.

I believe that DeLAy is among the Republican "head-honchos" in the House..........I think he is majority whip. He would be given huge sums of money and would dole it out accordingly to those that produced the votes he favored.

Remember GIngrich and his college fund PAC which was loaded with money? These guys keep their parties votes in the correct column by "whipping" them into shape!! LOL

If the money isn't used then the individuals can keep the funds for their own personal use.......it cam be one heck of a lucrative position!
