IIRC, AMD retired the last ($43M) of its 11% notes during 2001. The only remaining debt is Dresden related term loans with an "weighted-average interest rate of 5.39% and principal due between Feb 01 and Dec 04" per the 2000 Annual Report p. 34. Available online but my copy floated to the surface of my office.
