Around the mid-west with lake frontage the little guy is in. I have been saying for about the last 6 months that this is the next bubble. I personally know a family that last summer bought a cottage on the lake and with the equity in their home (read bubble) they were able to buy this little cottage and finance with 0 down. They are now close to a 1/4 mill in debt and combined earn less the 80K.

Maybe that works for the bank but I think it is nuts with a capital N.

That is a good point....when the small caps joined the rally it was pretty much the end.
