Agreed. I am a long term advocate of AMD (heck, or any other company) making available engineering samples to stock holders.

I'd make sure to keep atleast one share.

re: "Samples for stockholders." yea, reminds me of Intelligent Systems L.P., which owned Quadram, Priceton Graphics, etc in the early PC days. Anyhow, they would sell some of their stuff at substantial discounts to shareholders. The best deal was a Datavue 25 "laptop" computer, which I think cost me $999. It was smaller than an Osborne or Kaypro, but bigger than anything called a laptop now.

I sold it for $50 at a garage sale, but wish I hadn't. It was certainly a classic.
