Is it necessary to point out that Bin Laden's fatwahs carry some weight within his religious community ? You seemed to think so. That is your reply, when you point that out as evidence supporting your position, and I counter that his fatwah's are meaningless, your follow up is that is not necessary? Then pray tell, why the hell did you bring it up in the first place? Here is an excellent example of flawed logic. Consider these two statements, "I like to engage in discussions with those open minded people who believe that the Universe was not created, that it just is, and discuss the scientific evidence that supports their belief. vs "Whether or not you accept that there is a God who made the world is irrelevant. What is relevant is the question of is Jesus God." I am assuming that the appealing picture of rational thought that is presented in the one of these statements supersedes the other. I will let you choose which since you made them both. Now you are only demonstrating your inadequacy in carrying out a discussion. If you hark back these many months, but which are only but a moment to you, you will recall the post was making the point that, if there is a God, then Jesus is God. I was completely avoiding the question of, is there a God. And you know that. Your pathetic attempt to change the dialogue is not appreciated by me, and should be viewed by your fellow followers of the "Thread Header" as spam. A total waste of bandwith. Completely out of context. I actually made my posts fairly close together from my perspective. Because I come and go from SI it may appear that the topic is an old one but I leave stuff lying around all the time and come back to it later. You make a good practice target in case I get in a melee with any Christian Satanists. LOL! I wish I could say the same for you. You are a pure waste of time.
