Petz,

I like the participation of Broadcomm/Sibyte/Serverworks. Serverworks could open the floodgates for AMD if they support HT / Hammer. Even though, I have to say that I don't know what exactly would be needed from them, since I am not sure if there is a need for a chipset for HT based server. There is definitely need for HT Southbridge, and components that would connect HT to xPCI. Plus some way to set up the cHT connections, but that could be the role of the motherboard maker.
