"Enemy" is a relative term. We hold out hope that China is not actually our enemy. We also hold out hope that other countries don't shift gears and find a war loving dictator to incite hatred toward America.

Keeping a strong military minimizes this from happening.

I didn't think you would have a real rebuttal toward the salient points I made in that post.
